Birch Risk Advisors Appoints Bill Kellogg to Lead U.S. Tax Insurance Practice
Birch Risk Advisors is proud to announce the appointment of Bill Kellogg as Managing Director & Head of U.S. Tax Insurance. Bill brings deep industry insight and market perspective to broking tax insurance placements, having underwritten over $4 billion of tax insurance limits during his tenure as Head of Tax Insurance (U.S. and Canada) at managing general underwriter Ryan Transactional Risk and as Global Head of Tax Insurance at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance. Prior to joining the tax insurance industry in 2019, Bill served as tax counsel for both Oracle Corporation and American International Group, and as a tax associate at law firms Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
